The COO/CFO’s mission is to ensure the efficiency of the business by establishing structured processes and performance measurement tools and methods, while building a stimulating work environment in line with the values of the company.

Also, to evaluate financial risk in the context of a sustainable growth, and to protect the company’s revenues and profits through financial control.

  • Drive the company’s financial planning
  • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and cash position
  • Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
  • Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
  • Coach and manage the financial controller
  • Build the company’s reputation in the financial community (banks, accounting firm, potential investors)
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures according the company’s long term strategic plan
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Oversee daily operations of the company
  • Build a stimulating work environment that encourages performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
